At Tarro, we believe skincare should be simple, effective, and kind - to both your skin and the earth.  That's why we've introduced our Return & Refill Scheme, making it easy to recycle and reuse our packaging ,enjoying rewards for doing good.

Aluminium is endlessly recyclable, but we'd love to give our tins a second life.

Simply collect 5 empty tins, post them back to us, we will sterilise and reuse them.

As a thank you, you'll receive a free balm with your next order.

Our PET bottles are fully recyclable at home.

To reduce waste, we will be offering a refill bottles without pumps where you are able to just keep your original pump and reuse it. We are currently looking into refill partnerships and locations so will keep you posted!

Our cardboard lip balm tubes are biodegradable cardboard. Check with your local council as some accept them in food waste/green bins for industrial composting, otherwise they can go into general waste where it will break down more quickly than plastic.

How to Return Your Tins

  1. Collect a minimum of 5 empty tins.
  2. Rinse them our and pack them into a small box.
  3. Email help@tarro.co.uk for a free return label
  4. You can choose to have your parcel collected from home, or simply drop off to your local post office.
  5. We'll email you a code for your free balm in your next order!
