Tarro x Vida Wellness Summer Event

Join us for an evening of yoga, breathwork and facial oil workshop at the Sunset Sanctuary Retreat in Bedfordshire.

Vida Wellness is a dynamic mum and daughter duo fuelled by passion and purpose, bringing a fresh take on wellness. Vida Wellness use mindset and movement to help you elevate your energy, embrace your potential and above all enjoy the journey - with a little fun along the way. Join Vida for an evening of yoga and breathwork, combining the power of movement and breath to create a truly holistic experience. 

Afterwards, Tarro will be hosting a workshop on making plant-based organic facial oils for summer skincare exploring the wonderful array of antioxidant-rich oils and understand which oils offer real protection for the skin in the summer. This is an opportunity for you to blend your own formulation to take home and add to your summer skincare routine. 

The event will be held at Sunset Sanctuary, a tranquil plot in Wilden, Bedfordshire, set in 3 acres of peaceful surroundings with a large Moroccan tent, sauna, treatment/workshop room, plunge pool, patio and a fine spot to watch stunning sun sets.

During your time, you may choose to participate in some or all of our events, and free to make use the sauna, cold plunge pool and other seating areas to chill and enjoy the space and time to gather your own headspace and tranquillity or along with others during our summer evening.
